Give a little love to your delicates
I know, I know – hand washing your lingerie. I’m so sure we all have time for that. But! Do you like having straggly elastic thingies protruding out of your pretty little panties when they come out of the machine? How about the perma-crinkle crease into the pad of your bra? Even as a little girl, how annoyed were you when the satin bow on your pj’s got all frayed into a smushed ball of nothing from washing (and drying) with everyone else’s tube socks.
My advice if you don’t do so already, try it out. Hand wash and hang.
***Add 5ml or 1tsp. of Eucalan into a gallon of water (or a full sink). Soak lingerie for at least 15 minutes; squeeze gently by hand.
***For machine washing, try placing your delicates in one of our laundry buckets using cold water, with a bit of Eucalan and on delicate cycle.
Silk Tips
When washing silks, Eucalan is especially safe. These pieces should definitely be hand washed. Use warm water for about 5 minutes (not so bad, just enough time to make yourself a cup of chamomile). Hang or dry flat.
